Contract API
Contract REST API export now includes financial information.
The Contract REST API export now provides contract financial information, giving integrations a more complete view of each contract without requiring separate data retrieval. When financial information is available for a contract, the exported XML now includes the following details:
- Contract start date
- Contract end date
- Contract value
If a contract has multiple financial information records, each record is exported separately within the financial information section of the XML
Contracts without financial information are unchanged: the financial information section in the exported XML is empty.
Cost Centre API
Cost Centre API: Addition of Patch function.
We have enhanced the Cost Centre REST API with support for updating existing cost centre records using the PATCH method. The Cost Centre REST API now accepts PATCH requests for existing cost centres.
Existing cost centre information can be updated using the REST API PATCH function. This PATCH function works the same way as the PUT function but only the information present in the imported XML will be updated, the remaining information will not be changed/removed. Only the fields included in the PATCH request are updated.
Fields supported for updates are:
- name
- description
- type
- erpid
- procurementworkflowid
- invoicingworkflowid
- epartment
User API
SCIM User Import Now Supports Cost Centre Role Assignments.
Organizations can now import Cost Centre role assignments for users through the SCIM REST API. This enhancement helps streamline user provisioning by allowing Cost Centre access responsibilities to be assigned as part of the existing automated import process helping reduce manual role assignment.
This functionality works the same way for Cost Centres as for the Departments, via the SCIM user interface group assignment. When a user is added as a member to a group with a cost centre, the user will be linked to this cost centre.
